## If the offer has no clear medicine name

Ask the service to write it down before you compare the offer with another one.

Peptide means a short string of the building blocks that make proteins. It is a word for what something is made of. Each medicine has its own rules.

Use the same medicine name when asking about the visit, the pharmacy, the studies and the bill.
